What does "Excellent Condition" mean?
Screen: Perfect condition
Body: May have barely visible micro-scratches, not noticeable from 20 cm away.
What does "Very Good" condition mean?
Screen: Perfect condition
Body: May have micro-scratches visible from 20 cm away.
What does "Fair Condition" mean for a mobile phone?
Screen:May have micro-scratches which are hardly noticeable when the screen is turned on.
Body: Has visible scratches or dents.
What does "12-month warranty" cover?
This warranty is limited to technical defects and component issues that affect the functionality of your item. It doesn't cover accidental breakage or compatibility and software upgrade issues, so make sure you read up about the limits of older models and check your phone carrier's website for models they don't support.
What is the "30-day returns" policy?
Mobitel offers returns for most of the items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Mobitel will issue a refund, for a product shipped, within a maximum of 14 days and confirm it with an automated e-mail. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer. You can see the refund in your bank account or credit card statement, within a maximum of 7 business days after the refund is issued. In certain circumstances, refund timeframes may be longer.
